If selected for next steps, you’ll meet with your potential future direct manager for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Depending on the role, behavioural and/ or technical questions will be covered and you will get a chance to learn more about the details and expectations of the role.
Moving on, if shortlisted for next steps, you’ll meet with additional Spin Master team members –some might be from the area you have applied for and some might be from other areas of the company! To make the best use of your time we may schedule a panel interview.
Once interviews are complete, the hiring team will regroup to review candidates for the role and make a final decision.

Talent Acquisition Specialist, North America
Coco is an HR professional who found her passion for recruiting after she obtained her MBA degree at California State University, Fullerton. With over 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, Coco supports different teams at Spin and focuses on providing the best recruiting experience for all parties involved. She thrives in the fast-paced and growth-oriented environment at Spin and is proud to be a part of a company that values diversity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace. Coco is an avid pizza lover and loves to befriend dogs at gatherings. Coco is based out of our Los Angeles office.
Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist
Cristina is an experienced recruiter with over 7 years of experience with talent sourcing and recruitment. Cristina joined Spin Master on the recruiting team and eventually transitioned into the Talent Acquisition Operations Function. She is responsible for asset management, recruiting service delivery, employer branding and onboarding operations. Cristina enjoys spending her time with loved ones, keeping cool at the beach, and getting full use of her Disney annual pass. Cristina is based out of our Los Angeles office.
Manager, Talent Acquisition, North America & Latin America
Henry manages North American recruiting for all departments and serves the recruiters to help ensure a smooth recruiting process and positive candidate experience. He believes the recruiting process should always be honest and transparent and that candidates should be evaluated not just on their skills and experience but for the positive change they can bring to the organization. When he’s not recruiting, Henry enjoys playing with his dogs and watching Love Island. Henry is based out of our Los Angeles office.
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, North America
Kevin has 17+ years experience in recruitment and business development. He brings a diverse and unique skillset as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Kevin supports our teams for Product Development, Engineering, Visual Branding and Supply Chain recruitment here at Spin Master. With a strong passion to help people achieve their career goals, continuous learning, collaboration and being a fan of toys all his life (BATMAN was his first action figure). Outside of work, he enjoys music, DJ-ing and playing basketball with his son. Kevin is based out of our Toronto Office.
