The Job: 

The Vendor Contract Compliance Analyst will review, analyze and dispute the vendor contract obligations between Spin Master and the customer.  This role works in conjunction with Sales, Operations and Legal to highlight potential risks, areas that could potentially set precedence and non-compliance. This role will also produce monthly, quarterly and semi-annual reports for management review.  All reports are produced from SAP R/3, BI and/or Excel based documents.

What we can expect from you: 

  • Analyzing and providing financial information regarding Sales negotiated commitments (i.e. Deal Sheets).

  • To review and complete new and renewed Vendor Agreements; review, analyze, and dispute customer Post Audits.

  • Monthly and quarterly reporting as required (i.e. vendor accrual analysis and monthly GL utilization of allowances.

  • To provide support during year end Audit and to subsidiaries regarding the above responsibilities.

  • 2 - 3 years’ experience 
  • Experience using SAP
