Job Overview:


The role exists to review, analyze and dispute the vendor contract obligations between Spin Master and the customer.  This role works in conjunction with Sales, Operations and Legal to highlight potential risks, areas that could potentially set precedence and non-compliance. This role will also produce monthly, quarterly and semi-annual reports for management review.  All reports are produced from SAP R/3, BI and/or Excel based documents.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and provide financial information regarding Sales negotiated commitments (i.e. Deal Sheets).

  • Review and complete new and renewed Vendor Agreements.

  • Review, analyze, and dispute customer Post Audits.

  • Monthly and quarterly reporting as required (i.e. vendor accrual analysis and monthly GL utilization of allowances.

  • Provide support during yearend Audit.

  • Provide support to subsidiaries regarding the above responsibilities.

Job Requirements



  • Business Degree.

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Intermediate knowledge of SAP R/3.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a CPG (consumer packaged goods) company.
