Job Overview: 

Reporting to the VP, Global Project Management Office (PMO), the primary responsibility of this role is to provide training support and change management guidance to business users within the SAP modules. This encompasses multi-SAP modules including: Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse management (WM), Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Project Systems (PS) and Production planning and control (PP).  The candidate will help identify change management needs and execute plans beyond IT and work broadly across functional teams as needed. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Identify end-user training needs and recommend the appropriate internal training courses for the end-user community.
  • Works in collaboration with the SAP functional team to prepare the training course material and deliver the training courses.
  • Participate in the project planning to plan the training deliverables and to execute on the training deliverable as per the plan.
  • Identify the change management needs as part of the business improvement initiatives.
  • Design role based training and recommend the adjustment of the business roles as per the change management assessment.
  • Works in collaboration with internal business clients to identify local training needs, develop and adapt new training programs.
  • Maintains all the latest business process documentation and training documentation.

Job Requirements

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Developed training curriculum/training material
  • Technical training either on SAP or some other ERP, software/systems
  • Over 5 years of Training (targeting adults) experience 

Mandatory Soft Skills:

  • Executive presence with excellent interpersonal skills; able to think on their feet catering to various audiences
  • Worked on multiple projects at a time ; in team environment
  • Collaborative, wants to get hands dirty 

Bonus Skills, Nice to Have:

  • SAP
  • Experience in CPG or manufacturing environment
  • Implemented new processes/systems – change management


  • SAP functional expertise in more than one module: Materials management, Production Planning and control, Sales and Distribution and Warehouse management.
  • A University Computer Science or Business Commerce degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a SAP trainer or SAP project change management specialist.
  • Experience in change management
  • Excellent oral, written and communication skills essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word and MS Visio and uPerform
