The Job:

Responsible for driving sales growth within a specified territory and nurturing the overall customer experience for clients. Meet quarterly sales quotas, handle new account development, execute various sales programs and promotions, and manage detailed account planning and scheduling in a CRM system.

What we can expect from you:

  • Determine customer needs by analyzing Retailer, past purchases, SKU performance and store business goals
  • Increase account business by upselling, cross-selling, etc.
  • Building rapport with customers to provide world class service
  • Meet or exceed all sales goals set for territory including new account activation
  • Develop and focus activities to achieve annual sales plan

 You should apply if you have the following:

  • BA/BS preferred, 1-5 years of Telesales experience with telemarketing
  • Must be comfortable and confident in a fast paced, highly transactional environment with quick turnaround expectations
  • Customer focus and dedication to a mutually beneficial relationship
  • Good organizational skills working with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Positive, growth mindset
