The Job:

The Technical Product Manager will own the direction and implementation of our DTC tech stack. THey will develop and own all aspects of order processing and reverse logistics for Spin Master’s direct-to-consumer initiatives. This candidate will work cross-functionality with Spin Master’s technology team to implement and scale efficient operational workflows. This position reports directly to the Director, Direct-to-Consumer.

  • Own all aspects of order processing for Spin Master’s direct-to-consumer initiatives
  • Own and manage fulfillment/returns and fulfill daily reconciliations
  • Partner across Spin Master, most notably with the internal tech team to streamline various operational flows
  • Be the Operations team point-person for all fulfillment related queries
  • Manage and keep accountable efficiency of 3PL
  • Work with internal customer service team to rectify customer issues
  • Oversee shipping carrier management and analysis
  • Partner with direct-to-consumer team to optimize merchandising strategy, ensuring all product initiatives are effectively support operationally
  • Oversee all shipping carrier management and 3rd party vendor communication
  • Work with finance to increase efficiency and reduce costs associated with fulfillment and reverse logistics

Who’s a good fit for this team:

  • Someone with 2+ years’ experience in an e-commerce operational role
  • Passionate about problem solving and improving the consumer experience
  • Proficiency or strong understanding in computer skills including: Microsoft Office, strong Excel knowledge, eCommerce Platforms, Shopify, Order Management Systems
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to understand, assess and problem solve by leveraging technical and analytical skill
