Job Description

The Supply Chain Assistant-Customer Service (Intern) coordinates daily customer service operations, handles administrative requests and queries from CSA Teamleads, CSA Manager.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Assist in order processing and communication with customers
  • Assist in managing order issues such as pricing, incomplete orders, proof of delivery
  • Assist in collecting data to negotiate non-compliance charges :
  • Review files, pull back up from emails and another documentation to help CSA teams negotiate non-compliance charges
  • Document internal procedures and customer’s procedures
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by CSA Teamlead, CSA Manager

  • Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development
  • Have the ability to work autonomously when required
  • Be a team player
  • Be dedicated to customer satisfaction

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: High School (preferred Business Academy), University student
  • Specialization, field: Economic, finance, business
  • Language skills: English; other language is advantage
  • Microsoft excel, word an advantage
  • High consistency and focus on details is required
