The Job:

As a member of the MarCom team, the successful candidate will contribute to Spin Master’s success by implementing and enhancing the organic social media strategy, content planning and community management and engaging earned influencers for a portfolio of Spin Master brands.

What we can expect from you:

  • You will have experience in social media, monitoring, influencer identification, community building and engagement, and distilling social listening into brand social intelligence and will create a strong online presence for their brand(s) by curating and distributing engaging social content for targeted audience
  • You will monitor and report on digital and social media trends that align with larger marketing efforts and brand voice and positioning
  • To work with Social and Brand teams to ensure creative tone, brand voice, content cadence and content calendar align with brand strategies
  • Content execution, scheduling approvals, WorkZone requests and posting utilizing publishing tools and native
  • Contribution to the channel strategy and optimization plan with the digital team, uploading videos, tagging, create playlists, descriptions, links, SEO and tagging when required
  • To be well versed in Spredfast, Synthesio, TrendKite and RivalIQ, to monitor social media mentions of our brand, products, and public-facing staff and update reporting with all social media monitoring alerts
  • Collaboration to provide relevant key insights and statistics for weekly updates, monthly channel snapshots and quarterly deep dive reports
  • Respond to posts and tweets, directing people to customer care when applicable, and retweet and liking supportive brand mentions; Ongoing UGC engagement on branded hashtags and tagged content

  • At least 1 years of experience in social media or digital marketing for a brand or multiple brands
  • Bachelors and/or post—graduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, Graphic Design or related field
