Job Overview: 

The Consumer Care - Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for processing assigned consumer care orders, responding to inquiries, and communicating with third party logistics providers to ensure all consumer orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet and exceed customer expectations. In support of their role, the Shipping Coordinator uses our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to update new and existing incidents.

 Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Process assigned customer orders in SAP and manage through to shipment in a timely and accurate manner
  • Respond to inquiries from our Consumer Care team and retailers (if applicable) on tracking of deliveries and other order-related information requests.
  • Monitor and communicate with 3PL for special instructions on exceptional or priority orders.
  • Monitor allocated product, ensuring orders are maintained in line with company plan and clearly communicate timelines based on incoming inventory to provide up-to-date ETA to internal team members.  .
  • Responsible for end to end shipping process
  • Process Quality Assurance pickups for product testing
  • Explore areas for new and improved processes; promote and demonstrate innovation and creativity to work process and problem solving.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

 

  • 1-2 years of Customer Service & Shipping experience in a similar role
  • SAP experience is a definite asset
  • Keen eye for continuous improvement (CI) and natural interest in turning ideas into reality
  • Minimum 1 year experience with CRM Oracle Right Now
  • Passion for Toys and Customer Service excellence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize work is essential
  • Proven skills in multi-tasking, problem solving and decision making within a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Flexibility on shift work from 8am to 6:30pm – Monday to Friday as necessary, and possible weekends during the Holiday season.
  • Available to work every day during the Holiday season.
