The Job:

The Group Director Integrated Campaign Management is responsible for leading Campaign Strategy, planning, team & project management and “client” relationships.  This is a strategic leader who has a unique ability to understand and see creative vision as well as build and project manage multiple complex integrated campaigns.  The SGD,ICM works hand in hand with the VP Creative, Center of Excellence (COE) leaders in Media, Digital Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Insights and Brand Marketing leaders.  This position believes that Strategy is the cornerstone of great marketing campaigns.  Leading a team of Account Managers, Project Managers & Producers, this position will manage integrated marketing campaigns for multiple brands from brief(s) to final delivery.  Working with cross functional teams, this position & their team will collaborate on bringing campaigns to life. 

What we can expect from you:

  • Manage a team of Account Managers who will be accountable for all marketing campaign planning and efforts staying on strategy and on track to execution
  • Lead integrated campaign efforts with all cross functional marketing partners
  • Partner with VP of Creative to ensure that campaigns exceed marketing and creative objectives
  • Foster strong relationships with all Brand Marketing partners and mentor account management team to do the same (including Global partners)
  • Work with project management teams to ensure that content is approved by all necessary levels and delivered on time to meet strategic goals
  • Collaborate with cross functional marketing partners on external agency decisions and oversee management of these partnerships
  • Ensure all campaigns are launched on time and on budget
  • Manage integrated campaign budgets, aligning with brand owner and COE partners

Job Requirements

You should apply if you have the following:

  • Minimum 4 year degree in advertising, marketing or related field
  • Proven experience project managing multiple integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a leadership role advertising or marketing
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods, with emphasis on kids, teens and millenials
  • Working knowledge in word, powerpoint, excel & project management software
  • Agency account planning & management a plus
