Our purpose as an in-house creative agency is to produce and execute game-changing work that supports our brand’s needs and stands out from the crowd. Getting there is an art in and of itself. The Senior Creative Director in our Culver City Office is a born leader as well as creative inspiration.  You can motivate and direct creative teams towards ideating and executing campaigns that are unique and put fun first and is also the type of person that never wants to give up creating themselves. In this role, you’ll lead a team of talented individuals and work in partnership with our media and strategy teams.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for all creative output for our LA brands and work closely and in partnership with the Toronto Creative Director and her creative teams and the Digital Creative Content Teams while reporting into an Exec Creative Director located in the Toronto office.

  • You'll ensure that we are consistently creating leading edge ideas and campaigns
  • Managing all aspects of Advertising
  • Creation of Video Content from inception  
  • You'll maintain the highest of standards for all creative and production outputs
  • Delivery of forward thinking solutions that meet our brand teams needs
  • Listening to and synthesizing feedback in a way that benefits the work
  • Working closely with our Head of Digital Creative to create fully integrated campaigns that hit every relevant touchpoint
  • You'll provide a cohesive and consistent vision for the work
  • And you'll lead and inspire members of the Creative department with high expectations and ideals

Job Requirements

Who’s a good fit for this team:

  • Someone who wants to raise the bar on the quality of the creative output.
  • A process oriented individual with time management skills as you'll help redefine how the Creative Review process operates.
  • A strong communicator as you'll be working closely with the Chief Creative Office and V.P/Executive Producer to ensure objectives are met without compromising creativity
  • A natural leader who will elevate the creative talent
  • A confident and passionate individual who can help sell ideas to key partners.

You should apply if you have the following:

  • 10+ years of Advertising and/or Content Creation in the Toy or Kids Entertainment Industry
  • Portfolio of content created for kids that you are proud to share
  • Experience leading a team of creative storytellers
  • Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote etc.
