The Job:

Overview:

  • The Senior Account Supervisor Integrated Planning supports the Integrated Campaign Management team and in-house agency (COE) leading campaign strategy, planning, and project management for select group of Spin Master marketing campaigns.
  • The Integrated Campaign Management team works hand-in-hand with the Creative Department and leaders in the COE (Center of Excellence) including Media, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Shopper Marketing, PR and Influencer Marketing.
  • This position is accountable for delivery & excellence in campaign planning and management, working with all cross functional partners and internal clients ensuring that campaigns deliver brand objectives, are break-through and come in on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads Integrated Campaign Planning within a GBU (Global Business Unit) in partnership with internal COE (Centres of Excellence)
  • Account supervision across a wide roster of corporate priority brands (e.g., Paw Patrol, Bakugan, Kinetic Sand)
  • Manage integrated campaign budgets, aligning with brand owner and COE partners
  • Guide internal and external partners through the Integrated Planning Process, developing multi-channel strategies across multiple portfolios
  • Work closely with head of production and project management to manage workbacks and approval process on campaign development
  • Project Management of Campaign Development and Execution
  • Proactive thought leadership and initiative through competitive monitoring and intelligence
  • Support VP Integrated Campaign Planning; develop integrated strategy and planning on Corporate partnerships and initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Passionate about driving results; analytical and curious to get to key drivers
  • Curiosity in marketing innovation, consumer trends, breakthrough thinking
  • Strong, Power Point, Keynote, and Excel skills
  • Project Management Software experience and Adobe Suite a plus

You should apply if you have the following:

  • University degree; preferable in Business (BCom, MIT)
  • +4 years’ experience Agency Account Management, Strategic Planning, or Media/Digital
  • Experience working in an Integrated Communications / Planning Model, Comms Planning an asset
  • Experience in Retail, Toy, Gaming, Entertainment or fast-paced Consumer Goods an asset
