The Job:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team of Sales & Merchandise Representatives who manage retailer accounts in North America. Reporting into a National Account Manager and ultimately to the account Vice President, you will be the go-to person managing a variety of detail-oriented tasks for new and exciting initiatives and keep business running smoothly. This is a great role for a detail-oriented self-starter with a positive attitude who loves working with a team to get things done. The dynamic role includes everything from nailing the details of item set-up, creating marketing presentations, sample management, bringing experiential events to life and assisting the team with the hot topic of the day. You will be the ace of the team, ready to jump in and help move the team forward.  Every day will be different and the possibilities are endless. It is a great introduction to learn the fast-paced toy business and a springboard for future success.

What we can expect from you:

  • Detail-orientation and the ability to connect dots between tasks
  • Proven history of merchandising management experience, preferably with a multi-member team
  • Dynamic-Doer who thrives when juggling multiple tasks and timelines
  • Strong relationship building with retail customers
  • Strong knowledge of CPG and/or retailer standards and operational practices

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent coursework
  • 3-5 years experience in a comparable role
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in excel, Power Point and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Positive approach and willingness to be flexible to take on multiple tasks at once
