The role:

The Spin Master Mexico Sales Administrator Manager will be a key contributor to Spin Master Mexico Sales Team. This position provides essential support for the whole Sales Team and must be a motivated team player, highly numerical & analytical and with strong leadership and communication skills.  

Mexico’s Sales Administration Manager will be responsible for administrating sales-related aspects and managing all sales-specific administrative tasks on behalf of our Organization. The selected Executive will facilitate and process all sales-related tasks, complete and approve administrative matters, provide sales number analysis and maintain frequent updates to the Sales Plan.

The selected Executive should strategically define the key activities requiered to ensure that Spin Master Mexico incorporates the directions derived from Project Excel: Spin´s Corporate initiative to evolve our processes, systems and accountability to better service our Customer and achieve sustainable and profitable growth.

What can we expect from you:

  • Proactively manage product deliveries to allow timely shipment to Customers on agreeing delivery dates. Constant communication and coordination with Marketing, Demand Planning, Sourcing, Warehousing and Customer Delivery Teams is requiered.
  • To respond to Customer and KAMs needs on delivery and dispatch of Purchase Orders to ensure that any queries are resolved as soon as possible and to liaise with Operations where necessary in relation to incorrect pricing, non-delivery, shortages and any other related matters.
  • Serve as nexus between Sales, Demand Planning and Distribution for the accurate accomplishment of product orders.
  • Track and analyze key metrics and Sales quotas.
  • Process and manage Sales Orders, check alignment with Sales Plan, ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations to assure product supply and yearly target achievement.
  • Collect, analyze, evaluate and report weekly Sales Forecasts and roll up each week’s numbers to Sales Management.
  • Evaluate Sales performance measured against Sales quotas.
  • In charge of developing and reviewing the Sales Plan and rolling Sales Forecast.
  • Act as a liaison among Sales Department and other Departments to solve problems as they arise.
  • Must prepare detailed reports based on Market Research, Sales Results and data management.
  • Coordinate the complete Sales reporting and Forecasting process for all Sales Channels.
  • Analyze purchase orders, assign product to every purchase order and check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Track deliveries to Clients and report in timely manner.
  • Supervise the samples requests.
  • Support KAMs in Client’s shipment updates.
  • Support in the creation of the Annual Budget, Forecasts and Customer Sales Plans.
  • Assist business segments analysis to measure profitability and establish a baseline for recommending product, promotion, distribution and price changes.
  • Overview Commercial Agreements.

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
  • Sales Administration Manager need to possess strong leadership skills to motivate sales professionals to reach all company objectives under strict deadlines.
  • Must work well with other Managers to share departmental information and streamline project needs, as well as have superior organization skills and high attention to detail.

You should apply if you have the following:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a related position in Mass Consumption Companies.
  • Experience in the Toys Industry is desirable or any other Seasonal Industry.
  • Four-year degree in a related field is required.
  • High experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and familiarity with ERP system(s). Experience in SAP is highly advantageous.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
