The Job:

The Spin Master Mexico Regional Merchandisers Supervisor will be a key contributor to Spin Master Mexico Team. The Regional Merchandisers Supervisor must be a motivated team player, highly proactive, with strong leadership and communication skills. He/She will be responsible to lead his/her team in delivering distribution, visibility, plan execution and coverage targets within his designated geographical area.

Job Requirements

What we can expect from you:

  • Achieve the sales volume area objectives, exhibition space and work plan of the promotion team.
  • Align daily and weekly merchandising operations to adhere to sales needs
  • Track and assign action on opportunities identified a point of sale.
  • Oversee staff members to create brand exhibitions, in store POP placement and timely restocking.
  • Maintain proper staffing levels to ensure optimal customer service through effective hiring, training, and coaching of merchandisers.
  • Review data to ensure all roles are effectively using specific systems and perform maintenance to the data as needed. Evaluate performance of merchandisers by evaluating reports.
  • Work with team optimizing daily routes and provide feedback on daily route plans. Understand available staffing by day in regard to fix and seasonal staff.
  • Maintain an open dialogue and meet with store managers to review performance of merchandising team and identify opportunities.
  • Ensures flawless implementation of all in store activities.
  • Responsible of maintaining an up-to-date evidence book that includes:
    • Sales Achievements vs. Targets
    • Sales by Category/ Brand/ Territory
    • Productivity analysis for direct reports
  • Prompt submission of competitive reports by client.
  • Assists in setting team monthly targets in line with the potential of designated territory.
  • Build teamwork and healthy team spirit.
