Job Description

A Recruitment Specialist is a Human Resources team member who focuses on the recruitment process from where to search up to onboarding : including developing the relationship with key stakeholders at Spin Master, establishing and maintaining a network to build a pool of talent in which we can hire from, as well as manage the full cycle of a new joiner within our organization

Specific Responsibilities :

  • Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing, checking references and closing candidates up to onboarding
  • Plan and document the initial meeting on profile alignment
  • Create the IT ticket/ensure the desk is ready and material
  • Coordinate the onboarding plans with the hiring managers
  • Manage all CB/WD set up
  • Gather all the scorecards, documents/feedbacks from each
  • With the hiring manager, manage all JD updates
  • Deliver the onboarding sessions and coordinate with IT/managers, etc..
  • Understand the business technology, product and culture in order to sell the company to prospective candidates
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Apply social media recruiting activities
  • Develop and implement other creative recruiting initiatives attracting candidates on a proactive basis
  • Proven experience and ability to headhunt passive and semi-passive candidates
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches and other recruiting activities
  • Build a talent pipeline of technical professionals to meet current and future internal staffing needs
  • Develop activities for recruiting diverse talent
  • Provide recruiting analytics to the HR Business Partners
  • Act as liaison with recruitment agencies when necessary. Maintain contact with various sources to meet headcount needs (job fairs, employment agencies, social media)
  • Represent Spin Master at recruitment fairs, trade shows, universities and community events where/as appropriate
  • Understand market trends and come up with creative ideas to address competitive recruitment
  • And support HR in other activities as needed

Job Requirements

Required Skill Set :

  • A knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing
  • Demonstrated business acumen in understanding hiring manager needs and applying appropriate recommendations
  • Displays the highest level of professionalism
  • Project management, organization, writing, and oral communication skills
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
  • English: advanced

 

Required Qualifications & Experience :

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
