RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Maintain presentable and fun reception area
  • Greet, assist all walk-in visitors; review ID and assign visitor badges
  • Screen/route calls, deliveries
  • Answer inquiries including basic company information (US and Toronto), provide direction
  • Maintain contact database and filing systems, as necessary
  • Maintain and provide the monthly phone list
  • Manage/coordinate/schedule calendars (conference rooms and showrooms)
  • Assist/back up for meeting set-up in Toronto for local staff and LA, including lunch orders
  • Update and maintain Reception Desk Manual for temps and back ups
  • Assist/back up Facilities personnel, as necessary
  • Draft correspondence including memos, letters, reports, and emails

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Receptionist
  • Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Able to work Monday- Friday, 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m.
  • Must be detail-oriented
