Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily invoice record update , submite confirmed payment to Finance;
  • Commucination with all testing companies for invoice payment problems;
  • Approve PR on behalf of department Director;
  • Handle GCC application from all suppliers & FTP maintenance (for GCC);
  • PR creation for high cost invoice;
  • Send AMREP inspection charge letters to all suppliers;
  • Update Quality organization chart and Quality content information monthly;
  • Handle reception for customers;
  • Handle assignment from department Director.

Job Requirements


  • High school graduate or above;

  • 1-2 years' relevant work experience in Hard Toys of Trading/ Buying Office or EMS / FMCG industry

  • Good command of written  and spoken English & Chinese/Mandarin

  • Effective communication skill;

  • Self-motivated, independent, good interpersonal skill and service-oriented;

  • Good general computer and Microsoft Office knowledge; experience in SAP R/3 or ERP system is an advantage.
