Job Overview: 

Office management and active assistance for the sales and marketing teams in different daily activities (Sales & Marketing Coordinator).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to General Manager of Spin Master Russia as well as Marketing, Finance and Logistics Team leads
  • Facilitating and organizing (Sales & Marketing team) meetings
  • Key point of contact for customers regarding product information, images, customer service, price lists, feed sheets , etc.
  • Proactive communication towards customers 
  • Active support of marketing and sales team in different daily tasks
  • Sample ordering and tracking order information for sales reports
  • Support with staff travel organization 
  • Basic administrative and office management tasks
    • Invoice processing (creating POs and follow up payment, if needed)
    • Sorting and sending mail 
    • Ordering office supplies
    • Interaction with property management, cleaning and plants maintenance companies and the Landlord
    • Interaction with the contractors (office construction company, IT supplier)

Job Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role (preferably in an international company) 
  • Fluent in English language 
  • Retail Experience either at store level or retail planning experience an asset
  • Customer driven approach and a “go-getter” attitude
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Salesforce an asset
  • Demonstrated organization, planning and communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, read reports
