Job Description:

The Spin Master Mexico Northern Key Account Manager will be a key contributor to Spin Master Mexico and the global Sales Team. The Northern Key Account Manager must be a motivated team player, highly numeric & analytical and possess strong communication skills. Responsible for the negotiation with the North channels and accounts, ensuring the best sales conditions for the company. Ensure the correct implementation and execution of the commercial strategies in all channels/customers assigned.

The Key Account Manager will get the opportunity of working in a dynamic sales organization, securing excellent implementation of Sales/Marketing plans and campaigns.

The Job:

  • Responsible for developing, leading and executing retail marketing activation of Spin Master’s tremendous portfolio of brands in close partnership with its key Customers.
  • Will be responsible for continuing our business growth with Mexico North customers (Soriana, HEB, Julio Cepeda) through optimization of our combined synergies and by collaboratively exploring new areas of growth.
  • Negotiate and overview the commercial strategies with all channels/customers.
  • Prepare the business strategies in collaboration with all the areas, considering the sales volume and commercial offers with all the different channels/clients.
  • Develop Joint Business Plan together with main clients.
  • Develop and assure the best administration of the forecast by month, trimester and year, of every client and channel.
  • Overview the accomplishment of the P&L with finance area.
  • Overview and administrate the assigned budget.
  • Prepare short, medium and large term strategies by channel/customer to assure the best company results.
  • Work together with the marketing area in the specifics of the products portfolio.
  • Consolidate commercial relationships focusing in direction levels.
  • Negotiate the structure and if necessary restructure of commercial conditions for every client and channel.
  • Maintain constant ccommunication with the field sales force to assure that the established strategies by customer are accomplish in an accurate way.
  • Keep strong knowledge and tracking of the direct competitors.

  • Northern KAM is a person who will work in another state away from the headquarters of Spin Master Mexico, so it is required that this person has a high level of autonomygreat sense of responsibility and self-motivated.

You should apply if you have the following:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing different channels/customers in consumption companies, preferable with highly seasonal products.
  • Four-year degree in a related field required, MBA highly desired.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point). Experience in SAP is highly advantageous.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
