The Job:

Spin Master is a leading global children’s entertainment company that designs and creates a diversified portfolio of innovative toys, games and TV shows.  Our mission is to Make Life More Fun.


Spin Master’s Engineering Management Development Program is a key component of our operational strategy.  As part of this 18-month program, you will participate in three six-month assignments in the fields of Engineering and Operations before settling in to a permanent role.  Possible rotation roles include:


Project Management, Product Development, Design for Manufacturing, Production Planning

Supply Chain

Supply Planning, Inventory Purchasing and Management, Demand Forecasting


Direct Sourcing, Supplier Management, Quote Negotiation, Logistics

This program is designed to give candidates the tools to accelerate career growth.  Through exposure to many areas of the business, Chemyou will acquire unique skills and develop an expansive network across the company.  You will receive additional career development support through training weeks and the mentorship program.  This program is a full time, salaried position with projected start date July 2019.

Job Requirements


  • Completed bachelor’s degree from a 4-year program in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field with projected graduation date in 2019
  • Must be able to travel internationally for training and meetings
  • Up to 2 years of full- or part-time work/internship/co-op experience preferred
  • Proven record of leadership, ambition and drive toward achieving goals
  • Teamwork skills and written/oral communication skills are essential
