Job Description

Logistics Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating all types of products movements and managing inventory at our stock points. This includes all kinds of Inbound, Outbound, Warehouse activities and repackaging product in case needed. Reporting to Logistics Manager.

Specific Responsibilities :

  • With contracted Freight Forwarders and Warehouses Coordinate All types of Inbound/Outbound – sea, air, ground ensuing compliance with all local or related international regulations
  • Track and Trace to ensure smooth product flow, accuracy and visibility
  • Support for Customs clearance dedicated Broker – documents evaluation
  • Manage Customs clearance added activities
  • Categorise products for customs clearance purposes
  • Manage Exports to out of Europe Union customers
  • Prepare all kind of required transport and legal documentation, Coordinate with forwarders
  • Resolving daily issues / irregularities / customer complains
  • Ensure 3PL provides On-Time delivery execution of customer orders meeting given delivery dates in live with agreed lead times and service expectations, monitor the performance and execute corrective actions.
  • Returns processing
  • Communication and cooperation across different departments and teams in order to reach the objectives. (Customers Service team, Local Sales/Marketing teams, Planning, corporate and origin Logistics teams)
  • All to be processed in SAP

Job Requirements

Required Skill Set:

  • Very good communication skills are essential
  • Team player with proven ability to work well under pressure and CONSTANT deadlines
  • Problem Solving skills with the ability to seek alternative solutions
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up
  • Expert level of Working knowledge of Excel, Access, SAP
  • Excellent in Data gathering and interpretation
  • Detail-oriented
  • Can quickly learn new skills
  • Prior International or Export experience preferred

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3 -5 years of work experience in the Freight Forwarding or/and Public Warehousing Industry
  • Experience in communication to customs authorities
