Job Description

OVERVIEW

Logistics Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating all types of products movements and managing inventory at our stock points.  This includes all kinds of Inbound, Outbound, Warehouse activities and repackaging product in case needed.

Reporting to Russia Logistics Manager.

  

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • With contracted Broker, Freight Forwarders and Warehouses Coordinate All types of Inbound/Outbound – sea, air, ground
  • Track and Trace to ensure smooth product flow, accuracy and visibility
  • Support for Customs clearance dedicated Broker – documents providing and evaluation
  • Manage Customs clearance added activities
  • Master Data management - Customer loading and routing guides and  SKU Data to be provided to 3Pl providers
  • EDI management
    Monitor and resolve IDOC errors
  • Plane and execute reworks with regards to available capacities
  • Ensure Stock Accuracy
  • Support and provide Inventory analysis
  • Key role in Storage and Freight Out Utilization
  • Manage Exports to Russia customers
    Prepare all kind of required transport documentation, Coordinate with forwarders
  • Resolving daily issues / irregularities
  • Returns processing
  • Communication and cooperation across different departments and teams in order to reach the objectives. (Customers Service team, Local Sales/Marketing teams, Planning, corporate and origin Logistics teams)
  • All to be processed in SAP
  • Cooperate with Europe Logistics Team on cross functional base

 

 

Job Requirements

Logistics coordinator qualifications:

  • 3 -5 years of work experience in the Freight Forwarding or/and Public Warehousing Industry
  • Experience in Customer Service capacity with a Third Party Distribution Industry
  • Very good communication skills are essential
  • Team player with proven ability to work well under pressure and CONSTANT deadlines
  • Problem Solving skills with the ability to seek alternative solutions
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up
  • Expert level of Working knowledge of Excel, Access, SAP
  • Excellent in Data gathering and interpretation
  • Detail-oriented
  • Can quickly learn new skills
  • Prior International or Export experience preferred
