The Job:

Do you have experience supporting executives and a passion for fun and entertainment? Are you a driven self starter looking to join a rapidly growing company that has produced multiple award winning children's programs?  

What we can expect from you:

  • Manage executive's extensive calendar, schedule appointments and ensure executive is on time
  • Arrange complex travel and accommodations, compile documents for travel-related meetings
  • Assist in the management of the team including vacation requests, expenses and other approvals
  • Prepare all materials for executive in advance of meetings, presentations
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents Organize files and maintain contact database
  • Screen and respond to incoming calls and correspondence
  • Ability to work with other assistants closely to manage the executive
  • Act as custodian of corporate documents and records
  • Act as direct liaison with vendors/customers/partners
  • Occasional personal errands as requested
  • Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

You should apply if you have the following:

  • Minimum 5 years administration experience; at least 2 years supporting VP level or above
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and Outlook
