Spin Masters Engineering Management Development Program is a key component of our world-class operational strategy. As part of this 18 month program, you will participate in three, six-month assignments: two in Engineering and two in Supply Chain. You will have an opportunity to work with a broad range of our products in a variety of environments. Rotation categories as well as possible roles and responsibilities include:

 

Job Overview:

 

Spin Master’s Engineering Management Development Program is a key component of our world-class operational strategy. As part of this 18-month program, you will participate in three, six-month assignments in the fields of Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sourcing. You will have an opportunity to work with a broad range of our products in a variety of environments. Rotation categories as well as possible roles and responsibilities include:

 

Supply Chain- Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Client Services, Global Requirements, Forecasting

 

Engineering- New Product Development, Design for Manufacturing, Project Management, Operational Excellence (OPEX, Lean techniques), Production Scheduling, Engineering Productivity

 

Logistics- Transportation, Inventory Management, Distribution, Forecasting, Warehouse Management

 

Sourcing- Direct Sourcing, Supplier Engineering, Negotiation, Supplier Selection, Supplier Productivity

 

This program is designed to give candidates the tools needed to accelerate career growth and become a valued member of the Spin Master community. Through broad exposure to many areas of the business, you will acquire unique skills and develop an expansive network across the company. You will receive additional career development support through structured training weeks during each rotation and a dedicated mentorship program. This program is a full-time salaried position with projected start date of July 2018.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

 

    • Completed bachelors or Master’s degree from a 4-year program in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field with projected graduation date before July 2018.
  • EMDP participants must be willing to relocate anywhere within the US for rotations.
  •  0 – 2 years of full time or part time work or internship or co-op experience highly preferred.            
  • Candidates must also be able to work as part of a team and have demonstrated leadership ability.
