Job Overview: 

We are looking for an organized, confident, and client-focused Digital Project Manager / Producer to manage Spin Master’s digital content needs. The Digital Project Manager / Producer will act as a brand champion who helps support stakeholder relationships and communication in the development and execution of digital content.  Leading several small to large digital content campaigns, the Digital Project Manager / Producer will efficiently take advantage of internal creative resources, external freelancers and agency partners ensuring on-scope, on-time and on-budget delivery. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Responds and delivers to brand requests in a service oriented manner and communicates to content team members.
  • Collaborate with internal key stakeholders (COE’s, GBU’s) throughout the project lifecycle ensuring project deliverables are on brand strategy. Monitor adherence to project approvals, scheduling, time, and financial management policies.
  • Project manage multiple digital projects concurrently from ideation to execution (video and design).
  • Tracks and manages schedules with the authority to reallocate resources due to workloads, and best fit talent-to-task.
  • Maintains open communication channels between TO and LA teams
  • Secures access to production needs including but not limited to: production agencies, talent, set designers, production crew and additional resources as needed.
  • Manage vendors, partners and third party relationships.
  • Create and manage project plans and project production schedules.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Possess an expert knowledge of traditional creative, social activations and digital deliverables, capabilities and processes.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Demonstrates sensitivity, understanding and maturity in multiple-stakeholder situations and surroundings.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work with complex personalities.
  • Has and maintains a solid knowledge of agency and creative process standards.
  • Takes initiative, and can jump in wherever needed.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Preferred: PMP Certification (or working towards accreditation)
  • Account Management experience a plus
  • 3-5 years Project Management experience, ideally in a creative agency environment
  • Post-Secondary education in business, marketing, media studies, design and or a related field
