Job Overview:

Follow the order from order receiving to goods delivery. Cooperate with other department to solve the problems. Complete the order under the direction of supervisor.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle a range of program management services for customers.
  • Oversee direct import or intracompany order fulfillment and respond for order related issue.
  • Communicate with buyers/buying offices, promptly respond to queries, and ensure promises are kept, review KPI, maintain and expand relationship with existing customers.
  • Communicate with sales managers and/or buyers/buying offices and internal departments for on time order confirmation and on time shipment deliveries.
  • Act as a focal point for the customer and coordinate problem resolution with internal departments.
  • Provide necessary support for Sales related activities such as during the Toy Show.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives as directed by the supervisor.
  • Provide/update customers import orders shipping requirements with internal departments and factories for ensuring compliance with retailers’ requirements at the minimal level.
  • Handle and coordinate orders from item quotation to customers, sample arrangement, customer PO management (from PO receipt to shipment), shipment instruction release, customers required testing, inspection arrangements, and customer service.
  • Perform ad-hoc project as assigned.

Job Requirements


  • University graduate preferred;
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in Hard Toys of Trading/ Buying office;
  • Experience in Toys and familiar with major retailers import requirements and their buying office preferred;
  • Knowledge in managing and Dollar General will be an adavantage;
  • Experience in managing accounts and relationships for multiple international clients preferred;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese/Mandarin;
  • Effective presentation and communication skills;
  • Self-motivated, independent, good interpersonal skill and service-oriented;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Visio;
  • Good computer knowledge; experience in SAP R/3 system or ERP system preferred.
