Job Overview:

Reporting to the Manager, National Program Management, the ideal candidate is a strong team player who has the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple customer issues while not losing attention to detail. The incumbent should also possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to identify root cause issues from the supply chain – holding accountability for resolution.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle import orders from item quotation, customer sample approval, customer lab testing, carton mark release, customer QC inspection booking to order release to customer forwarder;
  • Communicate with sales managers and/or buyers/buying offices, internal departments and factories for on time order confirmation and on time shipment deliveries;
  • Work closely with Production/Shipping/QA department on daily basis to handle product and shipment problems;
  • Provide/ update customers import orders shipping requirements with internal departments and factories in ensuring non-compliance with retailers’ requirements at the minimal level;
  • Manage customer’s expectation to ensure high customer satisfaction;
  • Provide necessary support for Sales related activities such as during the Toy Show.

Job Requirements


  • University graduate preferred;
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in Hard Toys of Trading/ Buying office;
  • Experience in Toys and familiar with major retailers import requirements and their buying office preferred;
  • Knowledge in managing and Dollar General will be an adavantage;
  • Experience in managing accounts and relationships for multiple international clients preferred;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese/Mandarin;
  • Effective presentation and communication skills;
  • Self-motivated, independent, good interpersonal skill and service-oriented;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Visio;
  • Good computer knowledge; experience in SAP R/3 system or ERP system preferred.
