The Job:

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will deliver amazing customer service to Spin Master customers around the globe. At Spin Master, we recognize that customer service is the new marketing--on the front line you will help build customer loyalty, integrate social listening and develop the skills to grow your career. 

What we can expect from you:

  • To provide customers with effective and timely support by actively listening to inquiries and managing customer expectations; using on-screen customer information to further identify customer’s needs; and exercising excellent communication with customers

  • To exercise good judgement and understand when more complex situations require escalation to best help our customers

  • To demonstrate good organization and attention to detail--it's important we ensure appropriate documentation is in place for the best service

  • To contribute to the clients’ positive experience by being the ‘voice’ of “client”, responding to customer inquiries in a pleasant, courteous, professional and well-informed manner; fulfilling / exceeding customer expectations; taking ownership to ensure client needs are met to the fullest extent possible prior to closing interaction; and keeping informed of different emerging “client” products and providing information about “client” products as requested and/or as otherwise appropriate.

You should apply if you have the following: 

  • 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience

  • Close attention to detail, ability to multitask

  • Knowledge of emerging “client” products is an asset

  • Additional languages are an asset
