Job Description

The Consumer Care Administrator is responsible for managing inbound calls in a timely manner, Identifying customer’ s needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives. Process replacement orders and follow up the delivery of sent products.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Determines requirements by working with customers
  • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
  • Attend educational seminars ( product trainings etc )
  • Attend and participate in weekly CSA meeting
  • Order processing and communication with customers
  • Making and sending reports regarding calls, orders
  • Document internal procedures
  • Meet personal / team target ( qualitative & quantitative )
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager

 

Job Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Intermediate level computer skills including Excel, Email, Word
  • Fluent English and French language is must
  • Customer Focus, Customer Service
  • CRM experience ( Data Entry skills )
  • Phone Skills, Verbal communication
  • Interpersonal Savvy, Problem solving and Multitasking
  • Ability to integrate in a complex organization
  • Demonstrate willingness for change and improvement
  • Positive attitude towards customers et colleagues

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Higher Professional education preferred
  • 1 year experience in a call center position
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Business correspondence
