Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of office administrative and operations support, e.g. Office renovation/maintenance, office supplies, office safety & tidiness.
  • Handle travel arrangement for business trips;
  • Update regular reports / records;
  • Assist in organizing company event and activities;
  • Serves as a backup to the receptionist;
  • Assist in ad hoc assignment as required.

 

Job Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • F7 or above with minimum 2 years’ experience in Office Administration;
  • Well-organized, detail-minded, able to work independently with strong initiative;
  • Experience on office renovation will be an asset;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Knowledge in SAP system will be an advantage;
  • Willing to work over time when necessary.
