 Job Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for all express delivery, and follow up the express delivery’s status and receivable time. Handle the express delivery problems of all samples and make sure all samples are sent out and received in a safe and fast way.
  • Be responsible for all samples receiving, and inform staff of samples arrangement.
  • Arrange the company car reasonably and avoid unnecessary waste.Responsible for the purchasing of officer daily suppliers and stationary. Check the officer daily suppliers and stationary in the end of every month, and purchase accordingly. Make sure enough inventories of daily suppliers and stationary.Update staffs contact list, and make sure all contact list is latest.
  • Follow office regular maintenance, and make sure to resume normal use as soon as possible.
  • Answer telephones and reception area visit guide.
  • Register staffs business trip and leave records, and send e-mail of the attendance list to all staffs before 5th of every month.

Job Requirements


  • College degree or above.
  • 2 years’ experience of office administration or clerical support.
  • Open-minded, service-oriented, initiative, be able to work under pressure.
  • Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT etc.), proficient in Photoshop is an advantage.
  • Good inter-person and communication skills.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin.
