Job Overview:

Be responsible for reception & administration arrangement. Provide the daily admin service to ensure the facilities are equipped with the supplies and services needed and promote and deliver a safe and accessible work environment. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager to follow up office administration and ensure operations run smoothly, including information and data processing, office supply, cleaning, wellness, office maintenance, visitor procedure, travel arrangement, expat work permit etc.
  • Assist the Manager to supervise receptionists, office cleaners, and their tasks to ensure office operating orderly.
  • Provide administrative support to other entities as requested.
  • Assist the manage on renovation projects if any, branch leasing management, facilities management, security & access control, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to non-local staff for all legal paper and housing issue.
  • Assist the manager on the 5S and Spin Safe programs to maintain a safe and pleasant working environment.
  • Prepare and check all office administration payments being accurate and reasonable.
  • Actively support, arrange and coordinate company events/staff activities.
  • Perform and complete other additional project, duties, and assignments as required and/or by request.

Job Requirements


  • College degree or above.
  • 2-3 years’ experience of office administration or clerical support.
  • Open-minded, service-oriented, initiative, be able to work under pressure.
  • Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT etc.), proficient in Photoshop is an advantage.
  • Good inter-person and communication skills.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin.
