Job Description

Position Title:          Administration Officer

Location:                 Bangalore, India

 

1.0 General:

  • Be responsible for administrative management and full HR spectrum of HR support to Vietnam/India office.

 

2.0 Specific Responsibilities:

Office Administration

  • Provide full spectrum of office administrative and operations support;
    e.g. Office renovation/maintenance, office supplies, office safety & tidiness.
  • Provide full spectrum of office administrative and operations support;
    e.g. Office renovation/maintenance, office supplies, office safety & tidiness.
  • Travel arrangement for business trips;
  • Update regular reports / records;
  • Assist in organizing company event and activities;
  • Assist in ad hoc assignment as required.

 

Human Resources

  • Perform full spectrum of support for HR functions including payroll calculation, pension, social insurance, recruitment, onboard processing, training & development, compensation & benefits management, performance evaluation, employee relations etc.;
  • Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with business and legal requirements;
  • Involve in reviewing, implementing any existing or new HR policies and procedures;
  • Maintain personnel files and update attendance / leave record;
  • Maintain data accuracy in HRIS system, personnel file, attendance/leave record, HR database and any other personnel records;
  • Compile HR analytics and reports;
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate in business related disciplines;
  • 3-5 years solid human resources and office administration experience, preferably in MNC or sizable organizations.
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations of India;
  • Well-organized, detail-minded, able to work independently with strong initiative;
  • Experience on office renovation will be an asset;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Knowledge in SAP system will be an advantage.
