 Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the reception, visit guidance and telephone answering.
  • Establish and maintain office administration database.
  • Provide administrative support to other entities as requested.
  • Maintain and manage office entrance door system, badges, emergency exits and provide reports if needed.
  • Support local staff to complete admin, formalities for visa of business trips.
  • Provide administrative support to non-local staff for all legal paper and housing issue.
  • Supervise office cleaners, and their tasks to ensure office operating orderly.
  • Assist the Manager on the office supply and administration operations.
  • Prepare and check all office administration payments being accurate and reasonable.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Manger.

Job Requirements


  • College degree or above.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin.
  • 3 years’ experience above of office administration or clerical support.
  • Open-minded, service-oriented, initiative, be able to work under pressure.
  • Good inter-person and communication skills.
