Job Description:

The AP Administrator is responsible for a) maintaining efficient and effective administrative process and policies to ensure systematic and timely invoice payments, b) general ledger coding processes, and c) our expense management system.

What we can expect from you:

  • Process all payables relating to an assigned portfolio.
  • Ensure proper matching to purchase orders, invoice coding and approvals
  • Prepare timely payments via checks, wire transfers & EFT/ACH payments
  • Monthly reconciliation of vendor statement with AP records
  • Timely response to internal/external inquiries and requests
  • Responsible for filing, archiving and retrieving of paid files
  • Answer internal inquiries related to Expense Reports
  • Administrator of the Company Credit Card Program and Expense Management system
  • Special Projects as assigned

Who's a good fit for this team:

  • Able to process high volume invoices, with accuracy and in a timely manner
  • SAP experience
  • Experience working with Excel (including pivot table and vlookup)
  • Experience with expense management system, including system configuration and user support
  • Possess the ability to develop professional relationships internally and externally

You should apply if you have the following:

  • Experience in all aspects of Accounts Payable required. Minimum 3 years
  • Strong character with experience in establishing and maintaining policies and procedures
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Detail oriented, positive attitude, self-motivated, high responsibility, and good team spirit
  • SAP or Oracle experience required
