The Job:

Spin Master is looking for an Account Manager to support the Integrated Campaign Management team and the in-house agency delivering campaign strategy, planning & project management for assigned Spin Master marketing campaigns. The Integrated Campaign Management team works hand in hand with the Creative department and members of the Marketing COE (Center of Excellence) including Media, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Shopper Marketing, PR and Social Marketing.

This position is accountable for delivery & excellence in Project and Campaign management, working with cross functional partners ensuring that campaigns are break frame and come in on time and on budget.

What we can expect from you:

  • Project manage a list of assigned brands
  • Manage integrated campaign budgets, aligning with brand owner and COE partners
  • Key point on integrated calendar managing integrated media/channel planning and creative
  • Work closely with head of production and project management managing workbacks and approval process on campaign development; managing campaigns through the organization
  • Competitive monitoring and intelligence
  • In partnership with Head of production; drive campaign workbacks; ensuring teams stay on task and approvals are managed
  • Meeting management and follow-up across COE /Brand

Job Requirements

You'd be a great fit for the team if you are:

  • Detail oriented, self-starter, comfortable problem solving within ambiguity
  • Excellent proactive project manager able to multi-task & manage integrated campaigns across multiple brands and businesses
  • Inquisitive mindset; keen to learn business fundamentals and category drivers
  • Passionate about driving results; analytical and curious to get to key drivers
  • High emotional intelligence; confident and able to partner across all levels of the organization from junior level to executive suite as needed
  • Curiosity in marketing innovation, consumer trends, breakthrough thinking
  • Strong, Power Point, Keynote, and Excel skills
  • Project Management Software experience and Adobe Suite a plus

You should apply if you have the following:

  • University degree; preferable in business
  • 3+ years’ experience Agency Account Management or Project Management
  • Experience working in an Integrated Communications / Planning Model
  • Experience in toy, kids or fast-paced Consumer Goods an asset
