The Job:

The Sr. Manager, Accounts payable will report directly to the Director, General Accounting. This position will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable (“AP”) function, leading the AP department, managing Global Accounts Payable projects and providing oversight for compliance and internal processes. The ability to work cross functionally to solve complex problems and to advise on accounting implications to drive business decisions is a must.

 Day to day/Period ends

  • Oversee AP department – lead and coach AP team and conduct performance reviews
  • Collaboration with global AP function leaders across the company to ensure consistent processes
  • Responsible for full-cycle AP disbursement process and reviewing and approving payment


  • Ensuring that all financial deadlines regarding accounts payable are met for month-end, quarterend and year-end financial closings, including supporting requests from internal and external audit functions.
  • Assist Accounting team for month end accrue process
  • Oversee Expense Management system and Corporate card program
  • Partner with Procurement team to ensure Procure-to-Pay (“P2P”) processes and the Travel &

Entertainment (“T&E”) policy are enforced

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Develops, implements and maintains system procedures and polices including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to global company guidelines and in accordance with the requirements for the quarterly CEO/CFO certification process.


  • Oversight of Global AP initiative
  • Oversight of Global Concur implementation
  • Other ad-hoc projects
