The Job:

Reporting to the VP, Global Project Management Office (PMO), the primary responsibility of this role is to lead Change Management Strategy, develop standard training protocol and manage team of Trainers. The Training team overall provides training support, training documentation and change management guidance to business users across the company.  Although, heavily focused on training within the SAP modules, other initiatives such as new process implementation across various cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain and IT will be within the team’s scope.

What we can expect from you:

  • Lead change management strategy for all new systems and process implementation, integrations and business transformations.
  • Provide strategic direction with clear directives on how change will be implemented throughout the company, including a clear communication roadmap with appropriate audience, timing and tactics identified by collaborating with key stakeholders including Corporate PR and Functional Leads.
  • Be a positive role model in driving change.
  • Develop standards on training documentation, working with team to identify best methods to deliver and maintain.
  • Manage team of Trainers
  • Collaborate closely with PMO Manager to ensure Training and Change Management strategy are aligned with project objectives and scope.
  • Present milestones and/or training material to various levels of leadership within the company.
  • Identify end-user training needs and recommend the appropriate internal training courses for the end-user community.
  • Works in collaboration with the SAP functional team to prepare the training course material and deliver the training courses.
  • Participate in the project planning to plan the training deliverables and to execute on the training deliverable as per the plan.
  • Design role based training and recommend the adjustment of the business roles as per the change management assessment.
  • Works in collaboration with internal business clients to identify local training needs, develop and adapt new training programs.
  • Maintains all the latest business process documentation and training documentation.
  • Support several projects at one time

Job Requirements

You should apply if you have the following:

  • SAP functional expertise in more than one module: Materials management, Production Planning and control, Sales and Distribution and Warehouse management.
  • A University degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in E-learning with strong knowledge of methods of adult learning
  • Proven ability to do whatever it takes to get the job done while continuously taking initiative and pushing projects forward under tight deadlines
  • Experience developing new training documentation and presenting to key users
  • Experience driving change management strategy in a growing organization
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Trainer or SAP project change management specialist.
  • 3 years of management experience
  • Excellent oral, written and communication skills essential
  • Team player, collaborative
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word and MS Visio and Enable Now

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience working in consumer products company with broad understanding of Supply Chain
