Job Description

1.0 General:

  • Reporting to the Senior Sales Director, Asia, the Sales Coordinator role holds accountability for assisting to deliver the region’s sales and marketing results. This role has the responsibility to support Sales team to ensure projects timeline, sales plan and orders fulfillment plans meet with customers and the company’s expectations.

2.0 Specific Responsibilities:

  • Ensure products timeline and marketing materials are put in place for implementations on a timing manner
  • Responsible for preparing product presentations and integrated marketing materials to customers / distributors;
  • Be the first point of contact for processing products and sales materials approvals;
  • Product and packaging localization experience for China and Asia market
  • Toy project and CCC compliance experience in China market
  • Perform desk researches and stores visits
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Assist the team to achieve company goals and objectives, ensure all action plans are executed
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

4.0 Required Skill Set:

  • Basic Photoshop skills is a must
  • Ability to manage multiple demands at once in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment;
  • Proven ability to do whatever it takes to get the job done;
  • Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to work to support multiple functions;
  • High levels of initiative in supporting the team to deliver the goals of the business;
  • Ability to work independently, being highly self-motivated;
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally;
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • Photoshop skills

 

5.0 Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related area;
  • 1-3 years of consumer product experience in a new product-oriented industry, preferably working with CPG, toy, entertainment or other pop culture products;
  • Strong administrative experience in a support role, with a customer focus and drive for results.
  • Understanding of toys manufacturing and supply chain management is an advantage
