Job Description

Job Overview: 

To actively assist the sales and marketing team to maximize sales activity of the company’s key customers

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating and organizing (sales) meetings
  • Key point of contact for customers regarding : 
    • Delivering product information via customer feed sheets
    • Product images and additional product info which is not on ice cat
    • Pre and after sales of Customer Service (helping setup of orders, support in Sales Force)
    • Set up and managing of price lists
    • Set up and (proactive) set up of fact sheets, feed sheets 
  •  Proactive communication of changed product information towards customers (including changed in feed sheets)
    • EAN code/600 number changes
    • Packaging changes
    • Product images
  • Support marketing and sales team in set up of :
    • Ice cat
    • Fact sheets
    • Support in making sales presentation
  • Set up and updating image bank
  • Sample ordering
  • tracking order information for sales reports
  • Support sales in tracking orders vs. sales and follow up
  • support internal (trade marketing) reports
  • Facilitating and organizing trade fairs
    • including participation / representing Spin Master if needed
  • Basic administrative and office management tasks
    • Invoice processing (creating POs and follow up payment)
    • Sorting and sending mail 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role (CPG or Toy industry preferred)
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related area desirable
  • Retail Experience either at store level or retail planning experience an asset
  • Customer driven approach and a “go-getter” attitude
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Salesforce an asset
  • Demonstrated organization, planning and communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, read reports
