The Job:

The Office Services Specialist is integral in the general assistance and management of the office, supporting the V.P. of Sales, and providing assistance on special facilities projects.

What we can expect from you:

  • Reception -- you will be at the center of it all, representing Spin Master as the first person people greet when they come to the office. 
  • You'll help the team with scheduling, processing shipping, answering calls, invoicing, helping with the logistics of the show room, and managing a charitable budget
  • Facilities -- working with our Facilities Manager, you will be the process owner and initiative champion! 
  • You will help to control inventory, facilitate our Health and Safety program, assist with all office related communication, and work with IT to ensure all equipment is up and running.

Job Requirements

Who’s a good fit for this team:

  • An organized individual with a customer service attitude
  • A self-starter who likes to take initiative and an innovative approach to problem solving 
  • A resilient and adaptable personality as plans can change from day to day

You should apply if you have the following:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in Facilities, and or as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant/Office Manager; college degree preferred
  • Experience with invoicing and budget management
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • SAP experience is an asset
