 Spin Master’s Engineering Management Development Program is a key component of our operational strategy.  As part of this 18-month rotational program, you will participate in three six-month assignments in the fields of Engineering and Operations before settling in to a permanent role.  All rotations would take place at the SwimWays manufacturing plant in Tarboro, NC.  Possible rotation roles include:

 This program is designed to give candidates tools to accelerate their career growth.  Through exposure to many areas of the business, you will acquire unique skills and develop an expansive network across the company.  You will receive additional career development support through training weeks and the mentorship program.  This program is a full time, salaried position with projected start date July 2019.


  • Completed bachelor’s degree from a 4-year program in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field with projected graduation date in 2019
  • Must be able to travel internationally for training and meetings
  • Up to 2 years of full- or part-time work/internship/co-op experience preferred
  • Proven record of leadership, ambition and drive toward achieving goals
  • Teamwork skills and written/oral communication skills are essential
