Job Summary:


The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for inbound calls and e-mails from customers.  In support of their role, the CSR uses our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for new and existing case contacts, tracking, information gathering, and/or trouble shooting, problem resolution or escalation re: Spin Master products, pricing, billing and other account inquiries.

This position is a full-time 1 year contract (37.5/hours a week) with potential to become permanent.



  • Fluent in both English and one of the following languages is a definite asset:
    • Spanish/ Dutch/ Italian/ German
  • Provide customers with effective and timely first-level product support
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries while using the appropriate procedures and solutions
  • Professionally managing the transfer of the customer to appropriate resources for further problem analysis and resolution
  • Accurately completing appropriate documentation for each call / transaction, including manufacture date codes, date of purchase etc.
  • Being the ‘voice’ of “client”, responding to customer inquiries in a pleasant, courteous, professional and well-informed manner
  • Keeping informed of different emerging “client” products and providing information about “client” products as requested and/or as otherwise appropriate.

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience 
  • Passion for Toys and Customer Service excellence
  • Previous inbound call centre experience is a definite asset
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong independent problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize work is essential
  • Proven skills in multi-tasking, problem solving and decision making within a high volume, fast paced environment
  • High degree of accuracy and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Applications, specifically Outlook and Excel

Flexibility on shift work from 7am to 6:30pm – Monday to Friday as necessary
